On January 22th, 2020, WorldSteel and HDD Owner officially signed a manufacturing contract for the HDD project – Thailand, continuing the export project chain to Thailand.
Once the contract is concluded, WorldSteel immediately plans to deploy production of steel structures for the HDD project – Thailand. As a peculiar project, requiring high durability, input materials are strictly tested according to the U.S IAS AC472 standard before being put into the factory for processing, standard materials will be coded information about origin as well as specific data of materials. Factory engineers will program, arrange appropriate cutting and pressing to avoid wasting materials, minimizing production costs for the Investor. Steel structure products after being processed will be clean, roughened and painted. To ensure product durability and resist oxidizing agents, WorldSteel has used specialized Alkyd oil paints covered the entire product surface to increase the durability of the product.
On February 20th, 2020, all steel structure products of HDD project – Thailand are carefully packed and shipped by sea to Thailand in order to hand over to investors in only about one month since getting the contract.
